TisoGroup was established in 2001 and is one of South Africa’s leading black-controlled and managed principal investment companies. TisoGroup has a highly experienced senior executive team. It has primarily investments in the infrastructure, resources, industrial and financial services sectors. It further has strategic holdings in construction, steel merchanting, coal, industrial minerals, mining services, power and property development companies with significant shareholding in banking, logistics and specialty chemicals companies. TisoGroup became a 25.1% shareholder in ACTOWERS after an issue of shares for cash transaction effective 31 January 2009.
